When I turned 40 it was a huge milestone but it was a number that I fully embraced. I’ve never been healthier and I have never felt better or more confident.  The best thing is that it just wasn’t me that felt good about turning 40, but I saw it all around. Even more so when my clients would step in front of my lens and having the ability to show these women how fabulous they are, just as I captured them without any edits! The level of confidence and empowerment that comes with seeing that is priceless.

This is why I love what I do, I get to capture the beauty of people as we see them which may not always be how they see themselves. 

With this 40 Over 40 Campaign I hope to bring together a community of amazing women with rich stories and interesting experiences. To celebrate our generation and the one that preceded us.  Women can be a strong force to inspire and empower each other. That is what this project is about. I want to help empower you to see your strengths, personality, and light through my camera lens. Also by sharing what I’ve captured, others will find the courage to also be captured in stunning portraits and be celebrated for just being their fantastically unique selves.
